Job summary

Green Recruitment Company seeks Owners Representative Electrical Inspectors for contract assignments on utility-scale solar and battery storage projects nationwide in the United States. Inspect and verify electrical installations from DC stringing to MV equipment, across diverse sites.

Role requires experience with solar/BESS construction, strong NEC knowledge, and certifications such as OSHA 30 and NFPA 70E.

Qualifications

Job description

We are recruiting Owner's Representative Electrical Inspectors for contract assignments on utility-scale solar and battery storage projects nationwide. You will verify electrical installation quality on the owner's behalf across DC and AC systems, from module stringing through to inverter and MV equipment.

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect DC stringing, combiner boxes, inverters, transformers and MV cabling

• Verify installation against drawings, specifications, NEC and manufacturer requirements

• Witness testing activity and document results, defects and non-conformances

• Produce daily inspection reports and support punch list close-out

Experience & Qualifications

• Electrical inspection experience on solar, BESS or electrical construction projects

• Strong working knowledge of the NEC and electrical testing methods

• OSHA 30, NFPA 70E, First Aid/CPR

• Journeyman or Master Electrician licence advantageous
