Job summary

Global Edge Group leads the Oil and New Energies sector and seeks an HSSE Supervisor to oversee a billion-dollar super energy project. The role is the owner's representative, supervising the EPC contractor''s HSSE program and ensuring alignment with client expectations on safety, compliance, and risk controls.

The ideal candidate has strong leadership, field presence, and extensive experience with safety planning, audits, and incident investigations in utility-scale energy construction.

Qualifications

• Experience as Owner''s Representative in large projects.
• Experience on utility-scale Solar PV and Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) projects.
• HSSE role in construction environments.
• Knowledge of LOTO, electrical safety programs, lifting/rigging, piling operations.
• Experience conducting HSSE audits, inspections, and field assessments.

Responsibilities

• Participate in EPC Contractor Project Safety Planning meetings to align with client expectations.
• Represent the client in daily work coordination meetings to verify job safety.
• Oversee HSSE management program and ensure compliance with client requirements.
• Lead or support HSSE audits, inspections, and field assessments.
• Coach EPC contractor leadership on HSSE requirements and expectations.
