Job summary

Moss & Associates LLC is seeking a Safety Manager (BESS) to lead EHS functions on a multisite project. The role supports the Environmental, Health, and Safety team and ensures compliance with federal, state, and local requirements for power generation projects.

The ideal candidate will have an occupational health & safety degree or equivalent, strong knowledge of DOT/ EPA regulations, OSHA compliance, and proven leadership in safety on complex construction sites.

Qualifications

• Associates or BS in Occupational Health & Safety, or 5+ years leadership in a related field
• Knowledge of DOT/DOL/EPA regulation and OSHA compliance as they relate to power generation
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills across all levels and cultures

Responsibilities

• Leads EHS functions on a project site.
• Provides direction and oversight of project EHS team.
• Implement and monitor safety protocols for BESS installation and commissioning.
• Prioritize, delegate, and complete multiple tasks.
• Support and implement EHS programs and compliance plans on the site.
