Job summary

RLE Project Management in Chicago is seeking an enthusiastic Project Manager with 5+ years of experience to join our hands-on, dynamic team. The PM will lead planning, organization, and execution from due diligence through closeout, guiding project teams, managing budgets and schedules, and coordinating design, permitting, and construction.

Candidates should hold a bachelor’s degree in architecture, engineering, or construction, be self-motivated, and excel in communication and collaboration

• 5+ years of experience in architecture, engineering, or construction.
• Motivated, self-starter who thrives in a team-oriented environment.
• Dynamic interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills with an ability to develop and maintain relationships with clients and project members.

Responsibilities

• Provide management of planning, organization, and execution of projects from due diligence through closeout.
• Lead project team and support project operations.
• Handle strategic planning, budget and deliverable management.
• Oversee schedule and site activity, document analysis, and reporting.
• Coordinate procurement, including RFP process for Architect, Engineer, General Contractor, and Consultants.
• Advise on project delivery systems and forms of contract.
• Ensure quality control and monitor compliance with contract documents.
• Coordinate project accounting and meeting logistics.
• Manage occupancy and relocation as needed.
