Job summary

You will hire and set standards, own escalations end-to-end, manage budgets within your authority, and push the hard conversations to improve guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Real scope you have owned before — a team, a budget, or a portfolio of units.
• At least one measurable outcome from the last two years you can put a number on.
• Property management, hospitality or multi-site operations experience.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• The instinct to own a miss out loud.

Responsibilities

• Define an outcome with a number attached and report it honestly.
• Lead the people in your function — hiring, setting standards and assessing performance.
• Own and resolve escalations that reach your desk, end to end.
• Own the systems your team works in and decide when to change them.
• Budget within the authority you are given and manage spend.
