Altom Transport, a family-owned company, is seeking experienced Owner Operator Drivers to join our tanker fleet. You are a business partner responsible for safe transportation of chemical and petroleum products, DOT compliance, and reliable service at customer sites.

Qualifications

• CDL-A with tanker endorsement and Hazmat preferred.
• Minimum 1 year verifiable tanker driving experience.
• Clean MVR and strong safety record required.
• Able to pass DOT physical and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Safe Transportation: Hauling chemical and petroleum products with tankers while following DOT rules.
• Equipment Maintenance: Keep truck in top condition for long-haul work.
• Loading & Unloading: Follow proper procedures at points of loading and delivery.
• Compliance & Documentation: Maintain logs and paperwork, Hazmat compliance.
• Customer Service: Represent Altom Transport professionally at sites.
• Business Management: Manage fuel purchases, trip planning, and scheduling.
• Maintain a steady workload by meeting mileage/hour requirements; be available 24/7 if needed.
