Job summary

Altom Transport is seeking experienced Owner Operator Drivers to run as business partners. You’ll haul chemical and petroleum products in tank trailers, maintain your equipment, and manage loading, unloading, logs, and Hazmat compliance while representing the company at customer locations.

Qualifications

CDL Class A license required.
Hazmat endorsement preferred; must obtain if not current.
Tank endorsement required for tanker operations.
TWIC card preferred or to be obtained after hire.

Responsibilities

Safe transportation of chemical and petroleum products using tank trailers.
Ensure truck maintenance and inspection readiness.
Handle loading/unloading and follow ISO/Flexi-Bag or tanker procedures.
Maintain logs and documentation; comply with Hazmat rules.
Provide professional customer service at locations.
Manage fuel, trips, and schedules to maximize revenue.
Support 24/7 operations as needed.
