Solo Owner Operators typically run 2–3 weeks at a time and average about 2,500 miles weekly across Forward’s 100+ nationwide locations. A $5,000 sign‑on bonus is paid within the first year.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL is required.
• 12+ months verifiable driving experience.
• Must be at least 23 years old.

Responsibilities

• Operate tractor-trailer in accordance with safety rules and regulations.
• Maintain accurate logs and comply with all DOT requirements.
• Represent Forward Air professionally while delivering freight and maintaining customer service.
