Job summary

Forward Air is seeking Owner Operators to partner in a business-forward driving role. You’ll operate within Forward’s closed terminal network, earning up to $250,000 gross per year with base pay of $1.31 per loaded mile and $1.18 per empty mile plus FSC, averaging $4,100–$5,200 gross per week.

Solo Operator mileage averages 2,500 miles per week across 100+ nationwide locations, with 2–3 weeks out, and a $5,000 sign-on bonus paid within the first year. Apply now to move forward.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL and 12+ months verifiable driving experience.
• Must be 23 years of age or older.
• Equipment must be newer than 10 years old.
