Scheels is seeking a full-time, in-store associate in Colorado Springs to deliver an outstanding customer experience while promoting the Scheels Visa card. You will maintain product knowledge across departments and train peers, aiming to meet or exceed sales goals and ensure accurate pricing and display.

The role involves inventory management, backstock organization, and collaboration with vendors and team members. A high school diploma or GED and 1–3 months of related experience are preferred.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1-3 months of related experience or training, or equivalent.
• Strong customer service and sales orientation with ability to promote Scheels Visa.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver exceptional customer service by engaging with customers and guiding them through the sale.
• Maintain expert knowledge in all selling areas and lead product knowledge training for other associates.
• Consistently meet or exceed personal sales goals while delivering a high-quality customer experience.
• Manage inventory by running and analyzing Internal Flash Reports.
• Keep backstock organized and merchandise displayed and replenished on the sales floor.
