Responsabilités

• Deliver exceptional customer service by engaging with customers and guiding them through the sale.
• Maintain expert-level product knowledge and lead product knowledge training for associates.
• Meet or exceed personal sales goals while delivering high-quality customer experiences.
• Manage inventory by running and analyzing internal flash reports.
• Keep backstock organized and ensure merchandise is properly displayed and replenished.
• Tag pricing, apply signage, and ensure accurate product presentation.
• Communicate professionally with teammates, vendors, and store leadership.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area; adhere to safety standards.
