Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; 1–3 months related experience or training, or equivalent combination.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service by engaging with customers, assessing needs, and guiding them through the sales process.
• Maintain expert product knowledge and lead product knowledge training for associates.
• Meet or exceed personal sales goals while delivering high-quality customer experience.
• Manage inventory using internal reports and ensure merchandise is displayed and replenished on the floor.
• Maintain a professional appearance and teamwork-oriented atmosphere.
• Communicate professionally with customers, vendors, and teammates.
• Adhere to safety standards and keep work area clean and organized.
• Perform basic math for transactions and currency calculations.
• Be available for varied hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
