Job summary

Flow Control Group is seeking a highly skilled Project Manager/Engineer to serve as an essential technical and organizational bridge across the FCG ecosystem. You will align engineering solutions with leadership across brands, coordinating with Senior Estimators, Inside Sales, and Strategic Account Managers to move complex projects from estimation to delivery.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in industrial flow control, fluid handling, valve automation, or instrumentation.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a technical field.
• PMP certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain in-depth knowledge of all FCG brands, products, and technology groups.
• Collaborate daily with Inside Sales, Senior Estimators, and Strategic Account Managers to evaluate project scopes and specs.
• Lead end-to-end management of complex engineering projects, ensuring schedule, budget, and quality compliance.
• Manage project costs, enforce cost controls, and document budget changes and change orders.
• Provide technical consultation on flow control technologies during bidding and proposal phases.
• Review drawings, data sheets, and documents to mitigate risk and ensure project quality.
