Deer Valley Resort Company, LLC in Park City, Utah is seeking an HOA Coordinator to enhance the homeowner experience for 85 owners by managing communications, onboarding new owners, and coordinating service requests on-site five days a week. This role emphasizes administrative finesse, accuracy in billing, and seamless collaboration with maintenance and realtor teams.

This position maintains centralized owner information, assists with annual meetings, and supports guest services and operations

Qualifications

• Must be highly proficient with computers and systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality at all times.

Responsibilities

• Promote ongoing communication with owners related to unit status.
• Perform unit checks, upgrade letters, and provide feedback to owners regarding units.
• Facilitate paperwork, transfer ownership, create new owner billing accounts.
• Manage onboarding of all new owners and ensure they are up and running within 30 days.
• Coordinate with title company for warranty deed copies during ownership transfers.
• Handle owner reservations and provide accurate monthly statements.
