• Minimum 3-5 years of relevant professional experience in commercial real estate or related fields.
• Demonstrated experience in negotiations, relationship management, and transactions.
• Strong understanding of business fundamentals, financial analysis, and deal economics.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and take ownership of projects.
• Proficiency with modern technology and an interest in AI and automation.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and pursue prospective tenants and new leasing opportunities.
• Negotiate Letters of Intent (LOIs), lease renewals, extensions, and new transactions.
• Build and maintain relationships with national and regional tenants, brokers, and industry professionals.
• Develop leasing strategies to improve occupancy, tenant mix, and property performance.
• Travel to ICSC Shows and other CRE conferences for business development.
• Lead marketing initiatives to promote available spaces and generate tenant interest.
• Oversee leasing materials, property presentations, digital listings, and marketing campaigns.
• Identify creative opportunities to improve property visibility, positioning, and tenant attraction.
• Evaluate leasing economics, market conditions, demographics, and property performance.
• Identify opportunities to increase asset value through leasing, redevelopment, and repositioning.
• Conduct property visits, market research, and competitive analysis.
• Identify and implement AI, automation, and modern technology to improve operational efficiency, leasing, and marketing.
• Bring new ideas and practical solutions to enhance existing business practices.
