Job summary

The N2 Company seeks a Territory Sales Manager to launch, grow, and lead a BeLocal publication in your local market. You’ll operate as a local publisher, driving revenue, building partnerships with business owners, and shaping a magazine reflecting your community.

Your first months focus on establishing your territory and client base, then growing an asset you own through hybrid work and community engagement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• US resident with ability to operate a home-based business in local community.

Responsibilities

• Conduct consultative meetings with local business owners to establish long-term advertising partnerships.
• Build meaningful relationships within the community using a proven engagement model.
• Connect local businesses with their ideal customers through your BeLocal publication.
• Engage with homeowners to capture authentic, community-driven content.
• Manage your territory, sales pipeline, and publication operations.
• Partner with N2's national team for design, production, training, and ongoing support.
• Lead your publication's growth as the face of Stroll in your market.
