Job summary

Allstate Exclusive Life Specialists build and own their life insurance practice with support from Allstate. You partner with Allstate Agency owners to drive new business in your local community and create growth opportunities.

A nationwide support team provides product offerings, education, and referrals to help you succeed. We seek entrepreneurial professionals with a strong track record in customer-facing sales and licenses.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of life insurance customer-facing sales experience.
• State Life/Health Insurance Licenses.
• Strong mix of life protection sales experience.
• Prior experience as a Life Insurance Agent, Insurance Representative, or related sales professional preferred.
• Professional designations such as CLU and LUTCF preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree (or higher) with emphasis on business preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build your own life insurance practice with Allstate support.
• Collaborate with Allstate agency owners to generate new business.
• Leverage leads and referrals from partnerships and online sources.
• Provide exceptional customer service and grow client relationships.
