Qualifications

• At least 2 years of life insurance customer-facing sales experience.
• State Life/Health Insurance Licenses.
• Strong mix of life protection sales experience.
• Prior experience as Life Insurance Agent, Insurance Representative, or related sales professional preferred.
• Professional designations such as CLU and LUTCF preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree (or higher) with emphasis on business preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build and run your own life insurance practice with Allstate support.
• Collaborate with Allstate Agency owners to drive new business in your community.
• Meet with customers face-to-face, supported by licensed professionals and leads.
• Leverage technology and partnerships to deepen customer relationships and generate referrals.
