You should have a proven track record in life insurance sales, state licenses, and a business-focused degree with interest in professional designations such as CLU/LUTCF.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of life insurance customer facing sales experience.
• State Life/Health Insurance Licenses.
• Bachelor’s degree (or higher) with emphasis on business preferred.
• Professional designations such as CLU and LUTCF preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meet with customers face-to-face at an agency office with licensed team support.
• Develop and grow your own life insurance practice with local community leads.
• Leverage Allstate tools and leads to close sales.
