Job summary

Allstate Exclusive Life Specialists build their own life insurance practice with support from Allstate. Your partnership with Allstate Agency owners will drive new business in your local community and create additional opportunities for growth.

We provide access to life insurance product offerings and education, plus leads and referrals from partnerships and online sources. You will work with a licensed team and leverage Allstate technology to grow your client base.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of life insurance customer-facing sales experience.
• State Life/Health Insurance Licenses required.
• Strong mix of life protection sales experience.
• Prior experience as Life Insurance Agent or related sales role preferred.
• Professional designations such as CLU/LUTCF preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meet with customers face-to-face in an agency setting.
• Collaborate with licensed professionals to deepen client relationships and generate leads.
• Leverage referrals from Allstate agency owners and other sources to grow your practice.
• Operate as an independent contractor, building and sustaining your own business.
