Job summary

Allstate Insurance Co. is looking for an entrepreneurial Exclusive Life Specialist to build your own life insurance practice with support from Allstate.

You will partner with Allstate Agency owners to drive new business in your local community and grow with access to a range of product offerings and education. You’ll work with a team of licensed professionals, receive referrals and leads through agency partnerships, and leverage Allstate’s industry-leading technology to streamline your business.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of life insurance customer facing sales experience.
• State Life/Health Insurance Licenses.
• A strong mix of life protection sales experience.
• Prior experience as a Life Insurance Agent, Insurance Representative, or related sales professional preferred.
• Professional designations such as CLU and LUTCF preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree (or higher) with emphasis on business preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build your own life insurance practice with support from Allstate.
• Meet with customers face‑to‑face, supported by licensed professionals who help deepen relationships and generate leads.
• Leverage agency partnerships to receive referrals and grow local business with Allstate technology and resources.
