Job summary

Superior Services R.S.H., Inc., Michigan’s leading commercial roofing contractor, is seeking a Commercial Roofing Project Manager to own projects from turnover through closeout. You will coordinate scope, materials, schedules, costs, and documentation so field teams can execute safely and efficiently.

The role requires coordinating across operations, field superintendents, customers, general contractors, suppliers, and subcontractors.

Qualifications

• Experience managing commercial construction projects from turnover through closeout.
• Strong understanding of drawings, specifications, scopes of work, estimates, and contracts.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and priorities.
• Excellent communication with field teams, customers, general contractors, suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Own your projects from turnover through closeout, keeping scope, schedule, costs, materials, and documentation organized and on track.
• Plan ahead for the field, ensuring approved materials, information, submittals, and other project requirements are ready when needed.
• Manage project details including takeoffs, purchasing, submittals, RFIs, change orders, closeout requirements.
• Keep projects financially on track by understanding the estimate, monitoring costs, and documenting changes.
• Coordinate across the project team with Operations, Field Superintendents, customers, general contractors, suppliers, and subcontractors.
