Ferguson Enterprises, Inc. is seeking a Manufacturer Rep / Own Brand Business Partner - Plumbing to drive Own Brand sales growth across the Southwest region.

You will partner with sales leadership, branch teams, and key customers to identify conversion opportunities and develop category growth strategies. This role requires strong business acumen, relationship-building skills, and the ability to influence partners at all levels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field.
• 5+ years in sales, business development, category management, product management, or related commercial role.
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams and senior leaders.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret sales data and derive insights.

Responsibilities

• Develop regional Own Brand growth strategies aligned with sales and profitability objectives.
• Partner with Regional leadership and sales teams to identify opportunities.
• Drive market share growth through customer engagement and product conversion initiatives.
• Lead and support sales activities, branch visits, meetings, and product demonstrations.
• Coach sales associates on Own Brand value propositions and conversion strategies.
• Build relationships with key customers and influencers to increase adoption.
• Monitor opportunities and ensure follow-up through the sales pipeline.
• Collaborate with marketing, sourcing, and product teams on launches and promotions.
