• Develops Own Brand (OB) strategies and promotes brand growth via brand plans; uses data to drive volume and profitability
• Leads product lifecycle from start to finish; manages development to maximize speed to market with accuracy
• Collaborates cross-functionally to ensure launch readiness (eComm, Advertising, Supply Chain / Procurement)
• Coaches / trains with leadership guidance on branding practices
