Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in food science or related field; master's preferred.
• 7+ years of quality systems auditing and manufacturing experience.
• Experience in retail or consumer products; industry certifications encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a knowledgeable resource for product safety and quality within assigned categories.
• Lead cross-functional teams in qualification and maintenance of Own Brand products.
• Conduct risk assessments and communicate risks to leadership.
• Apply quality processes for supplier assessments, product specs, and approvals.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to mitigate product risk across projects.
• Maintain product specifications and ensure lifecycle/shelf-life compliance.
