Wage starts at $2.13 per hour plus tips; you must be 21+ and able to obtain food handlers and alcohol service permits within 30 days. Physical duties include standing, lifting up to 25 pounds, and maintaining health-code standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or related experience or training.
• Must obtain a current food handlers permit within 30 days of employment.
• Must obtain a current alcohol service permit within 30 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Set up server stations and bar area to Sundance standard.
• Complete designated opening and closing responsibilities.
• Maintain a neat and clean appearance in compliance with health code.
• Wear a designated, wrinkle-free uniform and name tag.
• Greet Owl Bar guests warmly and inform of daily specials and recommendations.
• Enter orders in POS with correct table and seat numbers for accurate delivery.
• Collect payment for food and beverages.
• Demonstrate knowledge of Utah liquor laws and responsible service.
• Learn all drinks and obtain knowledge of wines; attend regular trainings.
• Prepare and serve drinks and food; assist bartender when needed.
• Set up and stock at the beginning and end of each shift; change draft beer kegs.
• Stock beer, wine, juices, liquor and fruit; keep areas clean and organized.
