Job summary

Sundance Mountain Resort is seeking an Owl Bar Server to warmly greet guests, take orders, and ensure a smooth bar service. You will maintain the bar area, assist with drinks and food, and help educate guests about our offerings.

This on-site role requires a flexible schedule, weekend/holiday coverage, and compliance with Utah liquor laws. Competitive tips accompany base pay and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred or equivalent experience.
• Must have or obtain a current food handlers permit within 30 days of employment.
• Must have or obtain a current alcohol service permit within 30 days of employment.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Set up server stations, floor and patio to Sundance standard.
• Greet guests and suggest daily specials and drinks.
• Enter orders in POS accurately and handle payments.
• Maintain clean, neat appearance and comply with health codes.
• Learn drinks, wines, and bar menu; assist bartender when needed.
• Provide a pleasant dining experience for bar guests.
