Solitude Mountain Resort is seeking a creative and passionate bartender to join our food and beverage team in Utah's Big Cottonwood Canyon. You will greet guests, recommend drinks, recall preferences, and craft cocktails in a fast-paced alpine setting.

Responsibilities include serving orders via InfoGenesis, maintaining a clean bar, balancing cash, and providing exceptional guest experiences while staying knowledgeable about resort amenities.

Formación

• Must be professional, friendly, efficient, and outgoing
• Must keep a clean and organized environment
• Reliable and punctual
• Must have knowledge of or experience with bar equipment and mixing drinks
• Must be able to work at a quick pace, multi-task, and quickly recall information
• Sips n Tips Certification
• Food Handlers Permit

Responsabilidades

• Collect and serve customers food and drink orders using the InfoGenesis system
• Create and maintain a comfortable, friendly atmosphere
• Ensure customer satisfaction
• Maintain a clean and organized bar
• Maintain beer, wine, and liquor inventory
• Offer recommendations or suggestions
• Verify IDs of any customer that appears under the age of 35
• Log and track BERG numbers daily (including spillage, “misclicks”, etc.)
• Bar-track customer's bar tabs and the Berg system numbers daily
• Balance the bank at the end of each shift
• Assist guests with information about the resort and local area
• Build a good rapport with travelers, locals, and regular patrons
