ATS, Inc. is seeking a Heavy Haul Permit Coordinator in Saint Cloud, MN to manage the full permitting process for oversized hauls. You will identify routes, secure state and local permits, and coordinate services to ensure safe, compliant, and efficient moves.

You’ll collaborate with drivers, fleet teams, permit services, and agencies to resolve issues, minimize delays, and support productivity. A high school diploma plus strong organization and communication skills are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Associate’s in business/admin a plus.
• Strong time-management and multitasking abilities.
• Sharp attention to detail and prioritization skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the planning behind oversized loads, including route and load dimension assessment.
• Handle all permitting with accuracy and speed, submitting applications and securing approvals.
• Route loads and communicate key details to fleet supervisors and drivers.
• Coordinate support services such as escorts and partner resources.
• Act as central problem-solver and liaison to reduce risk and improve efficiency.
