Seaway Project Cargo is seeking a skilled Oversize/Overweight Shipments Coordinator in Houston to plan routes and manage permits for heavy lift cargo across the U.S. You will collaborate with specialized carriers to ensure on-time, safe deliveries and regulatory compliance.

Key duties include route planning, permit acquisition, carrier selection, escort coordination, shipment monitoring, and maintaining carrier relationships while negotiating rates.

Qualifications

• 4+ years experience in heavy haul or OD/OW transportation.
• Strong knowledge of state permitting requirements.
• Experience with route surveys and engineering.
• Familiarity with heavy haul equipment types.
