Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Minimum 5.5 years of relevant program management experience.
• Proven ability to supervise staff and manage complex processes.
• Strong knowledge of laws/regulations governing oversized/overweight transport.
• Experience coordinating with multiple agencies and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Direct OSOW program operations for the entire state of SC.
• Manage ~80,000 OSOW permit requests annually.
• Train and supervise staff handling routing, permits, and approvals.
