Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; or associate + two years experience; or high school + four years experience.
• Analytical experience related to compliance with state & federal rules.
• Experience with transportation or logistics operations including freight movement and tracking.
• Experience with permit management and permit routing software.

Responsibilities

• Review oversize and overweight permits for accuracy and completeness.
• Review oversize and overweight permits for routes and restrictions to ensure safe travel throughout the state.
• Review oversize and overweight permits to ensure compliance with current rules and laws.
• Provide customer support to commercial carriers requiring permit status and updates.
• Administer permits for oversized and overweight tractor-trailers, ensuring safe movement throughout the state in accordance with applicable requirements.
