Job summary

The Integration and Training Instructor conducts training for TO personnel. Responsibilities include conducting integration training for personnel in overseas locations, coordinating refresher training and firearms re-qualifications, directing and mentoring integrated security personnel on a day‑to‑day basis, and ensuring assignments comply with Post policy.

Qualifications

• Must be a U.S. citizen.
• Minimum of 2 years as an instructor in a security field.
• Minimum of 1 year as a FTE firearms instructor for government training.
• Minimum of 5 years in protective security assignments.
• At least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• At least 6 months in protective security under WPS III or predecessors.

Responsibilities

• Conduct integration training for personnel in overseas locations.
• Coordinate and conduct refresher training and firearms re-qualifications.
• Direct and mentor integrated protective security personnel on a day-to-day basis.
• Ensure PRS assignments comply with Post policy.
• In the absence of a Shift Leader, coordinate initial mission planning with TOC and other RSO personnel, including route and site surveys.
• Perform day-to-day personal protective security functions as required.
