Job summary

Acuity International is seeking a qualified individual to provide integration training for Local Nationals in overseas locations. The role encompasses both classroom and field training, supporting protective teams in austere environments. Candidates must have significant experience in training and protective security assignments.

The ideal applicant will have at least five years in protective security, including serving as a Shift Leader. This is an opportunity to work in dynamic conditions while ensuring the safety and preparedness of security teams.

Qualifications

• Must be a U.S. citizen.
• Minimum of two years’ experience as an instructor in a security field.
• Experience as a firearms instructor for at least one year.
• Five years’ experience in protective security assignments required.
• Valid U.S. Driver’s License and Passport are necessary.
• Applicants must pass the pre-employment Physical Readiness Test.

Responsibilities

• Conduct integration training for Local Nationals in overseas locations.
• Liaise with other training entities involved with WPS III operations.
• Direct and mentor integrated Local National protective personnel and operations.
• Coordinate mission planning for protective assignments.
• Conduct training and firearms re-qualifications.
• Perform personal protective security functions.
