Job summary

Acuity International is seeking qualified candidates to train U.S. contractors and Local Nationals in overseas locations under the DOS WPS III program. The role involves classroom and field instruction, leadership in protective security teams, and coordination with TOC and RSO personnel.

Responsibilities include conducting integration training, mentoring LN protection personnel, and ensuring compliance with Post policies while maintaining high physical readiness for austere environments.

Qualifications

• Must have at least two years experience as an instructor in a security field.
• Minimum one year experience as a full-time firearms instructor in government training assignments.
• Five or more years of protective security experience, with leadership or senior roles preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide integration training for Local Nationals in overseas locations.
• Liaise with WPS III training entities and assist in LN protection integration.
• Direct and mentor LN protective security personnel on a day-to-day basis.
• Ensure PRS assignments comply with Post policy and train firearm qualifications.
• Coordinate mission planning for PRS assignments and TOC/RSO coordination.
• Training and qualification of LN personnel in weapons and protective duties.
• Perform day-to-day protective security functions as required.
