Job summary

Acuity International is seeking personnel to train U.S. contractors and conduct LN integration training under WPS III worldwide protective services. The role requires classroom and field instruction, leadership in protective operations, and readiness to work in austere environments.

You will receive paid training in DOS Protective Security Specialist courses and must meet stringent security and fitness prerequisites, with extensive overseas travel expected.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 2 years’ experience as an instructor in a security field.
• Must have at least 1 year of full-time firearms instructor experience in government training.
• Must have at least 5 years’ experience in protective security assignments, with progressive roles.
• Must have a valid U.S. driver’s license.
• Must have a valid U.S. passport with 6+ months remaining.
• Must be proficient in English (speaking, reading, writing).
• Must pass the pre-employment PRT to advance in the process.

Responsibilities

• Conduct integration training for Local Nationals (LNs) in overseas locations.
• Liaise with training entities involved with WPS III and LN integration.
• Direct and mentor integrated LN protective security personnel on a day-to-day basis.
• Ensure PRS assignments with LN personnel comply with Post policy.
• Coordinate initial mission planning for PRS assignments with TOC and RSO personnel.
• Coordinate and conduct training and firearms re-qualifications for LNs overseas.
• Perform day-to-day protective security functions as required.
