Job summary

Acuity International seeks qualified professionals for protective security training and leadership roles to support U.S. Department of State Worldwide Protective Services (WPS III) in overseas assignments.

You will train Local Nationals, coordinate with TOC and RSO personnel, and lead protective teams in austere environments. Successful candidates will have extensive protective security experience, firearms instruction credentials, and the ability to obtain required clearances.

Qualifications

• Must be a U.S. citizen.
• Minimum of two years' experience as an instructor in a security field.
• Minimum of one year of experience working as a full-time firearms instructor.
• Minimum of five years in protective security assignments with leadership or protective roles.
• Valid U.S. Driver's License.
• Valid U.S. Passport with at least 6 months remaining.
• Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
• Must pass pre-employment Physical Readiness Test (PRT).

Responsibilities

• Conduct integration training for Local Nationals (LNs) overseas.
• Liaise with training entities involved with WPS III and LN integration.
• Mentor LN protective security personnel and operations daily.
• Ensure PRS assignments follow Post policy.
• Lead mission planning for PRS assignments with TOC and RSO staff.
• Coordinate firearms training and re-qualifications for LNs overseas.
• Perform day-to-day personal protective security duties as required.
