Tlingit Haida Tribal Business Corporation (THTBC) is seeking a Ferry and Harbor Tug Craftmaster in Guantanamo Bay, Cuba, to support port operations for the Guantanamo Bay contract. You will operate ferries and harbor tugs, performing towing, docking, and escort duties while ensuring safety and mission readiness.

Must have Navy NEC 0161 or USCG Master License with towing endorsement and at least 5 years of harbor-tug or ferry experience; security clearance and government site access are required.

Qualifications

• Requires Navy Tugboat operating experience or USCG Master License with towing endorsement.
• At least 5 years harbor tug or ferry operation experience.
• Experience as marine radio operator; knowledge of international/inland rules-of-the-road.
• Must obtain government security clearance.
• Must maintain access to government worksite.

Responsabilités

• Operate Ferry Point to Point transporting personnel, vehicles and cargo.
• Operate towing, mooring, docking, and escorting vessels and related craft.
• Towing may include offshore origins/destinations.
• Transfer pilots and government personnel by vessel.
• Provide tug emergency support services and respond to incidents.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
