Job summary

Global Resource Solutions, Inc. seeks an Alternate COMSEC Manager to support overseas operations. The role covers accounting, safeguarding, issuing, and destroying COMSEC material, while ensuring compliance with NSA/CSSPM 3-16 and NSTISSI 4000 series.

The candidate must have two years of foreign COMSEC experience, formal COMSEC training, NSA COMSEC coursework, and an active Security+ or equivalent DoD 8140 cert. Travel to overseas locations is required as part of the assignment.

Qualifications

• Must have two years’ experience working abroad as a COMSEC Manager.
• Graduate of formal COMSEC training from an appropriate service.
• Graduate of NSA COMSEC course to manage the COMSEC Account.
• Active CompTIA Security+ or equivalent DoD 8140 compliant cert.

Responsibilities

• Manage U.S./FMS COMSEC account accounting, receipt, safeguarding, and destruction of COMSEC material.
• Maintain up-to-date records and required accounting reports.
• Conduct semiannual inventory and annual audits.
• Provide COMSEC training to host nation officers.
• Serve as liaison between COMSEC accounts and government organizations.
