Job summary

Raytheon is seeking a COMSEC lead to oversee accounts across a large geographic area in a classified environment. You will establish COMSEC policy, maintain data on the footprint, respond to government data calls, and ensure COSMEC and DoD directives compliance.

You will partner with government program personnel, engineers, and lead managers to apply cryptographic key, support contracts, and develop IPAP, KMP, and BOE while ensuring security training and document protection.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience with 8+ years in a relevant field.
• Advanced Degree with at least 5 years of related experience is preferred.
• Experience in Industrial Security, NISPOM and ICD 705 for COMSEC programs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee COMSEC accounts across a large geographic area and ensure compliance.
• Lead a small team of COMSEC professionals and provide on‑the‑job training.
• Collaborate with government representatives and program engineers to apply cryptographic key.
• Support multiple U.S. Government contracts through gate processes for COMSEC readiness.
• Assist in developing IPAP, KMP, and BOE documentation.
• Oversee security aspects of facility procedures across engineering, production, depot, and repair.
