Job summary

Wedgwood Christian Services is looking for a part-time 3rd Shift Youth Treatment Specialist to provide overnight care within our residential program. The role involves ensuring the safety and well-being of adolescent boys aged 14–18, supporting their growth, and maintaining a structured environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 20 years of age.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. and perform physical interventions when necessary.
• Alignment with Wedgwood's Statement of Faith.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine bed checks to ensure resident safety.
• Maintain a calm, structured, therapeutic environment.
• Support youth in developing their skills.
