A supportive youth organization in Pittsfield, MA seeks an Overnight Youth Development Professional to help maintain student safety and security. Preferred candidates will assist students in developing coping skills and making positive decisions while working with a dedicated Treatment Team. Overnight Youth Development Professional

Hillcrest Educational Centers is looking for a dedicated Overnight Youth Development Professional to join our team—someone who not only values the mission of youth empowerment and safety but also prefers the calm and structure of overnight work.

Requirements

High School Degree or GED

Multiple work sites are available: Pittsfield, Lenox and Great Barrington, MA.

Pay Range

$22.00-$25.25/hr (based on the highest level of education and applicable experience) + Shift Differentials (additional $0.50 for hours worked on weekdays (Mon-Thurs) and $2.50/hr for hours worked on weekends (Fri-Sun).

Hillcrest Educational Foundation is a private nonprofit organization that helps children, teens, and families in Berkshire County, MA, and throughout the Northeast. We provide personalized support through special education, therapy, and other services.

Our students often face serious challenges, such as autism, mental health issues, or difficult behaviors. Some live at home and come to our programs during the day, while others live in our care full-time.

What will you be doing?

Responsible for maintaining the safety, security, and well-being of all students in your assigned area.

Supporting students in acquiring coping skills by guiding them to make thoughtful choices and understand the impact of their decisions.

Participating as a member of the Treatment Team to help ensure consistent care and support.
