Hillcrest Educational Centers in Massachusetts is seeking a dedicated Teacher's Assistant to support students with unique behavioral, health, and learning needs. You will work alongside experienced educators and therapists to maintain a safe, structured environment that fosters academic, social, and emotional growth.

Highlights include a Monday–Friday schedule from 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM, competitive hourly pay, and robust benefits. Locations available in Lenox and Pittsfield, MA.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to support students with diverse behavioral, health, and learning needs.
• Experience in a school or youth-serving setting preferred.

Monday – Friday | 7:30 AM – 3:30 PM
Enjoy a consistent weekday schedule that supports work-life balance.

Compensation: $22.00 – $25.25 per hour

Available Locations: Lenox, MA and Pittsfield, MA

Additional earnings opportunities:

• $1,040 raise upon passing the ParaPro Assessment
• $1,500 referral bonus for every full-time referral who is hired
