Job summary

Hillcrest Educational Centers, Inc. in Great Barrington, MA is seeking an Overnight Youth Development Professional to ensure the safety, wellbeing and growth of students during nighttime hours.

This role offers 4 nights on, 3 nights off, with 11:00 PM to 9:00 AM shifts, and both full-time and part-time options to fit your schedule. You will work as part of the Brookside ITU team to support youths aged 6–21 facing emotional and behavioral challenges, providing structured supervision, crisis

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Overnight shift experience or willingness to work overnights is preferred.
• Strong communication and safety awareness for youth supervision.

Responsibilities

• Maintain safety, security and well-being of students during overnight hours.
• Guide students in developing coping skills and responsible decision-making.
• Participate as a member of the Treatment Team to ensure consistent care.
