Qualifications

• Experience in handling groups of children & teens, preferably in a residential setting.
• Ability to participate in mandated initial TCI training during weekday evenings upon hire.
• Fluent English reading, writing, speaking, computer skills necessary to record observations and monitor reports.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily activities of children under care.
• Ensure rules and procedures are followed.
• Organize and participate in recreational and other activities.
• Instruct children on personal hygiene.
• Maintain cleanliness of the cottage.
• Prepare and supervise meals if necessary.
• Keep routine records and make reports.
