Abraxas Youth and Family Services in Marienville, PA is seeking an Overnight Youth Care Worker to support clients in a residential setting. This full‑time role includes paid training and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact daily.

You’ll interact with clients, supervise routines, conduct head counts, and coordinate with staff to ensure safety. A PA driver's license and the ability to pass screenings are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Must possess a valid Pennsylvania Driver’s License.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must be able to pass physical and pre-employment drug/alcohol screening.
• Must pass criminal background check investigation.
• Flexibility to work overtime as required.

Responsabilités

• Interact meaningfully with clients.
• Complete security calls tonight supervisor.
• Maintain regular communication with co-worker(s).
• Supervise morning routine; observes client behavior and intervenes appropriately.
• Conduct and document random/unpredictable head counts/bed checks.
• Conduct outside building security checks.
