Qualifications

• Practices organization’s Culture of Communication.
• Physical ability to complete Emergency Behavioral Intervention training.
• Must be at least 21 years old and pass a pre-employment drug and TB test.

Responsibilities

• Supervise conduct of youth and ensure adherence to schedule.
• Responsible for cleanliness and documentation of cottage life.
• Implement and carry out cottage rules and schedules.
