Rite of Passage is seeking an Overnight Youth Care Worker (Coach Counselor) for Columbus Youth Academy, a residential program for male youth up to age 19. You will provide 24-hour supervision, monitor behaviors, and help youth develop through sports and recreation activities.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, 1 year of direct-care experience with at-risk youth (or 60 college hours), a valid driver's license, and the ability to pass background checks and TB tests.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• One year of experience with at-risk youth in a direct-care role or 60 college hours.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check, drug screening, and TB test.

Responsabilidades

• Provide 24-hour security and supervision of youth.
• Monitor and document youth behaviors.
• Assist and mentor youth during sports and recreation.
• Support program activities and ensure safety for residents.
