Job summary

The Jewish Boards is seeking a Milieu Supervisor to manage overnight and weekend operations across multiple residences. You will supervise staff, ensure adherence to individual plans, and escalate concerns to clinical and regulatory teams. The role includes training, safety checks, and careful documentation in HER/EMAR systems.

Required are 3+ years with I/DD, 1 year in supervision, a valid driver’s license, and AMAP/CPR certification. The position offers full-time hours and benefits.

Qualifications

Minimum three (3) years working with the I/DD population.
One (1) year of supervisory experience.
Valid driver’s license and current AMAP/CPR certificates.

Responsibilities

Oversee overnight/weekend operations across multiple residences.
Supervise, train, and support overnight/weekend staff.
Ensure compliance with OPWDD/DOH and agency protocols.
Document shift summaries and incident reporting.
Maintain safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
