Job summary

Liquid Environmental Solutions seeks a Plant Operator to run a wastewater pretreatment facility, monitor processes, adjust chemistry, and ensure discharge meets POTW requirements.

This hands-on role requires reading gauges, recording data, performing basic maintenance, and following safety procedures. Start times are early with 10–12 hour shifts and overtime may be required.

Excellent teamwork and reliability are essential as you support plant operations and cross-train in related tasks.

Qualifications

• Hands-on understanding of plant operations and wastewater pretreatment processes.
• Ability to learn basic wastewater treatment concepts and procedures.
• Ability to read gauges, meters, and tank level indicators.
• Maintain operational records and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor industrial wastewater pretreatment processes and equipment.
• Monitor flow, tank levels, capacity, and progress to maintain efficient operations.
• Prepare, mix, and dose treatment chemicals as required.
• Record operating data and maintain required documentation.
• Inspect pumps, piping, valves, tanks, mixers and other equipment for proper operation.
• Follow safety, environmental and facility compliance requirements.
